Spring Fashion 2024

Another year has flown by! Which leads me to one of my favorite subjects: Spring Fashion. Even though it usually includes stripes and pastels, this year there are a few twists!

You may think, wait a minute: animal prints? I realize they seem to have never left the fashion scene but this time they make an appearance in the Spring line up. More commonly they pop up in the fall. That’s what gives it a fun seasonal twist. For Spring pair your leopard pants with a white T and sneakers. Or mix it with the next trend: red. I prefer to keep my animal prints away from my face, either that I mean skirts and pants. They are too harsh for my complexion. I also try to keep it playful since they can go trashy in a heartbeat. As much as I love me some Peg Bundy, I do not feel the need to channel her.

I am obviously bias to big cat prints but for this spring you can bring out the whole Zoo. Giraffe, zebra , snake or cow prints. They are all game, no pun intended.

Red is just as much a fall/winter hue. But in the spring i style it the exact same way as the above mentioned anima prints. I pair it with lighter colors and tend to keep it away from my face. The latter is silly since red compliments most skin tones. It honestly has never been my favorite color but I receive a ton of compliments every time I do rock my reds. Especially my red shoes!

There is one total new aesthetic tipped for the Spring: the Mob Wife aesthetic. Say wha!? Yes! Mob wife. Basically combining the trends in this blog and add some fur and sunglasses. It’s definitely a fun look, basically anything goes. Nice to have a newbie on the scene. Let your inner mob wife shine.
