Rumors were going around that E.L.F. was going out of business. Fortunately; this is not the case. They have just closed their stores to focus more on on-line sales. I am not sure if this applies to their sales at the larger chain stores such as Target as well. If this is the case; there are a few things you may want to stock up on! With a price point between $1 and $6, E.L.F. surprisingly offers a few quality products.
For a mere three dollars, this is truly a miracle worker! Under Eye Concealer & Highlighter. I think they saved in production costs by not paying anyone for coming up with fancy names. Just keeping it real! This stuff contains caffeine, chamomile, vitamins A and E and green tea. Combined these help correct bags and under eye circles. I do pile this on top of my Maybelline Age Rewind concealer stick sometimes, when I am having one of those days!
While you are at it please purchase their Highlighting Pearl Paint as well. It is only 4 dollars! It lasts forever and the shine is incredible. It comes in 3 shades. I like the Pink Beam but it comes in Moon Beam and Gold Star as well. i don’t think you can go wrong with either color. Apply this stuff on your cheek bone (sparingly!) for a lasting shine. E.L.F. suggests putting this on your eye lids and lips as well but I am not going there with this stuff, but don’t let me stop you!
I don’t know how they can keep their prices so low since I believe some of these products have the same impact as their luxury product competitors. Last but not least; Lip Lock Crayon. This will keep your lipstick from feathering. It is colorless, therefore you can use it with any of your favorite glosses and lipsticks. Feathering
Fun fact; E.L.F stands foe Eyes, Lips, Face. Well duh for actually googling that. It is also not tested on animals! Yay for E.L.F.
