Love for St.Ives

I am a cheap skate. Even though I have learned to spend a little extra as far as skin care is concerned when something has proven it’s worth. Like Strivectin Neck Cream…. https://pleasantlydisturbed.blog/2019/01/10/justifiable-splurges/ but…(big but!) I off set this with cheap products that are equally amazing.

St.Ives is one of those brands that never disappoints. I have already raved about their apricot facial scrubs and body lotions containing Elastin. Both amazing and less than 10 bucks.

In comes St. Ives Gentle smoothing scrub & mask. Say wha? Yup; scrub and mask with oatmeal. Wall nut shells scrub away dull skin when you use this as a scrub. Then somehow (don’t ask) the calming properties of oatmeal and honey will soothe your skin when used as a mask. It is very gentle for your skin and can be used 3 to 4 times a week. All I can say is that it makes my skin feel fresh and perky afterwards. Yup; perky. Added perk: it is less than $5.00.

I also “invested” in St.Ives exfoliating body wash with sea salt and pacific kelp. It is a very gentle scrub which makes it a great product for frequent use although i wouldn’t recommend to use it daily. Your skin will need a break from exfoliating every once in a while! And don’t forget to moisturize afterwards please. Thank you!
